Caramel, cream, and spicy cedar notes make for a very inviting aroma off the wrapper. Perfectly in line with this light colored Connecticut wrapper. There is a very light oil sheen and tooth on this mildly veined wrapper. The foot has a rich aroma of sweet caramel and chocolate with a lot of smooth cedar notes. The cold draw continues the smooth, sweet notes with sweet cedar and toasted caramel flavors.
Right off the bat, I am impressed with the flavor profile. A blast of highly flavorful graham cracker, marshmallow creme, and cedar hit the palette, with a very creamy finish. The end of this this is just as creamy, but now I am getting more burnt sugar and dry graham crackers up front.
The second third of this 5.56MM loses most of the sweetness and is drier. While I am still getting hints of burnt sugar and graham cracker, the dryness and smoky flavors are dominant over the sweet flavors now. The retrohale is smooth and clean, with a slight cedar spice burn.
The cedar takes over on the final third, with lots of dry and slightly spicy cedar. The finish has lost its creaminess, and the profile is dry and spicy. There is also a light mix of black and red pepper.
- Perfect burn. No touchups or relights.
- Nice smoke production.
- Ash is solid, but doesn’t hang on long.
- Enjoyed start to nub.

This cigar is great! It smoked perfectly and had a delicious flavor profile. I have no negatives on this cigar and would smoke them by the box!
