Tin/Jar Note: Smokey, woody and fig heavy. Very strong and excellent scent.
Visual: A well blended mix of light, medium and dark colored tobaccos. Cut into a fine, almost stringy ribbon.
Flavors: Slightly smokey, with lots of Latakia notes and a little bit of sweet Virginia notes. Also has a lot of cigar-like flavors.
Smoking Experience: Very easy to smoke and it burned perfectly.
Tobacco Strength: Medium
Room Note: Pleasant to Tolerable
Comparable Tobacco: Never smoked another pipe tobacco with cigar leaf.
Conclusion: Very enjoyable. A lot of nice flavors and notes, especially enjoyed the cigar-like feel I got from this tobacco. And I can’t not mention the Bond tie-in that is associated with this tobacco’s name. That aside though, I really enjoyed this tobacco’s body and the extremely easy way it burned.
