Review: Ramon Allones Small Club Corona 2012

You know that cigar…  The one everyone loves, always raves about, and is always on your list to buy but when the funds come around you never seem to grab it?  That is the Ramon Allones Small Club Corona (RASCC) for me.  I cannot tell you how many times I have considered buying these, as I generally enjoy all things Ramon.  Finally, after years of thinking it over, one happened to find its way into my wineador.  After a week or so of rest and some habanero fajitas, I decided to see what all the fuss was about with a shot of Knob Creek to end my day.

I knew that this cigar would rock your boat ,It's sooooo good It's great. The only question I have Is ,what

took you so long to find her out ? I've been smoking them for at least 25 years and I've never had a bad

one . They are always great. If you can get them,do It. You'll be doing yourself a favor .

One of the most consistent brands, I have a 2009 box and I can tell you that the citrus note morphs into more of a fruity note with 3-4 years of age. Imo I would smoke a Ramon over a Robaina any day of the week. I hear the Gigantes ages gracefully just like these small clubs. Great review, I want to light one now.

Excellent review. I have tried two of these - one was fresh and the other had a few years on it. I enjoyed both very much.
