June 6, 2017-- CAO Cigars has released a teaser site for the upcoming follow-up to the wildly popular CAO Amazon Basin.

The original Amazon Basin was released in 2014, with an Ecuadorian Sumatra wrapper over a Nicaraguan binder, with fillers from the Dominican Republic and Columbia.  In addition to the fillers, it showcased the Brazilian Braganca tobacco. Brazilian Braganca is a tobacco harvested once every 3 years in the Amazon Rainforest.

The cigar was an immediate hit, and quickly developed a cult following.  In late 2016, a second vintage of the Basin was released, bringing back the same blend.

While we don't have much in the way of solid details, CAO has now announced that the Amazon Basin was the first in a trio of blends showcasing the Brazilian Braganca, with a teaser image showing the 3 cigars side by side.

Keep an eye on CigarFederation for an update as more details on the CAO Amazon Trilogy are released.
