As the federal government shutdown has ended, the Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB) is open and approving label registrations for small breweries throughout the country. Wet Ticket Brewing in Rahway, NJ has jumped quickly back on the bandwagon with approval from the TTB coming on January 31st for a label for a new beer - Rahway or the Highway.
According the the label, Rahway or the Highway is an 8.8% ABV Imperial Porter. According to the label art, Rahway or the Highway is "a complex, velvety smooth, robust porter conditioned on Madagascar Bourbon Vanilla Beans and flaked coconut." Rahway or the Highway will be available in 16oz cans.
