Right before Thanksgiving, Conclave Brewing debuted another in a long line of stellar IPA offerings - Moonwater. Now, according to a filing with the Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB), it appears the Flemington, NJ brewery might be gearing up to can Moonwater.
On February 15th, Conclave received TTB approval for a can label for Moonwater. Debuting on November 16, 2018, Moonwater is a 6% ABV IPA that Conclave details as "an IPA brewed to be simple, enjoyable and drinkable. We used a blend of base malts, Mosaic and Motueka hops and then a blend of ale yeasts to make this one. While it’s clearly a hoppy one, it’s crisp minerality and finish is what we’re really psyched about. Come on by and let us know what you feel. Notes of Sauvignon blanc, grape bubblegum, lemongrass and lime."
When we reached out to Conclave for details, we were informed that the brewery doesn't "have it scheduled to be canned yet, just making sure the labels are ready when we do."
