Booze News: Bradley Brew Project Planning to Debut Cans; Unicorn Girls Planned First

Opening just after Memorial Day, Bradley Brew Project has quickly established itself as one of the premier breweries in Monmouth County.  Located in Bradley Beach, NJ, Bradley Brew Project is fully owned and operated by husband and wife duo, Chelsey and Mike Ziolkowski, who aim to craft inspired and approachable ales and lagers.

Now, Bradley Brew Project is set to bring those inspired and approachable ales and lagers to cans!  According to a filing with the Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB), Bradley Brew Project received approval on Monday for a can label for Unicorn Girls.

Unicorn Girls, Bradley Brew Project's flagship offering, is a 5.4% American Pale Ale.  Like all of BBP's offerings, the moniker for Unicorn Girls comes from something the owners' twin daughters have said.

Label art for Unicorn Girls reads, "An homage to the two real Unicorn Girls, our beloved hazy and juicy American Pale Ale is brewed with a boatload of Citra, Simcoe, Mosaic and Huell Melon hops.  Aromas of citrus, melon and strawberry fill the room when opened. Its body is rounded out by oats and wheat for a crushable and enjoyable experience. BBP is a family run nanobrewery crafting inspired and approachable styles. We invite you to check out the latest creations in our tasting room in Bradley Breach, NJ. See you soon!"

When we reached out to Chelsey and Mike for further details, they informed us that they "are in the process of setting up small canning runs over the next few months. Unicorn Girls will be first - likely ready in Jan / February 2019 but it’s dependent on system and process finalization. We want to make sure we get it right before we get the product out into the marketplace."
