I am very excited to try this cigar as I have heard many great cigars.  Pre-light draw offers great resistance and a cocoa essence.

The first third lends rich, dark flavors with hints of chocolate and cinnamon.  There is a slight spice yet the profile remains smooth and rounded out by woodiness.

Into the second third the woodiness continues.  The cigar remains very smooth and the slight spice is still present.  Not much else changes.

Entering the final third the spice ramps up.  A cocoa essence takes the place of the chocolate near the end.  A harsh cedar starts to develop as I nub the cigar.  I let it go out shortly after this point.

Overall, this was a great cigar that I would visit again.  I do not know if it fully lived up to the hype but not much does these days.  I found it to be very balanced with an array of flavors.  I believe I paid two dollars on the auction sites and I would definitely pay that price again.  Hell, I would be willing to go up to full retail.  This cigar rates a 9.1/10 meaning I would pick up a 5

I made it through about a half inch of one of these and tossed it lol.  Not my cup of tea.

For a relatively inexpensive price, I found this to be a nice surprise.  Haven't smoked one in several months, but this was my introduction to Aging Room and it inspired me to track down more.

Dustin, haha everyone has a different palate as you know (and evidenced by the group reviews lol).

Matt, that's the way I see them as well.  Great for the price ($2 on auction sites) especially with the tobacco coming from Jose Blanco's farms supposedly. I haven't tried any of their other ones and am excited to do so now.

For sure, this is the second year in a row the #1 NC was a tosser for me.  Like, within 5 mintues my palate was like, f*** this shit, go grab the pipe dude lol...

Funny thing is, there are some cheaper smokes from that factory I love.  I'm just a picky ass bastard.

My experience with this blend and vitola is mixed, mostly due to aging. I smoked a couple from a retailer who told me they had been in his humidor for almost 7 months. They were great, especially for the price (I paid 5.50, if I recall). He ordered a new batch, and I bought two more. Let them rest about 3 weeks in the humidor and they were terrible.

The last one I smoked was like smoking a Swisher Sweet with a pretty band, maybe even less flavorful lol

I have found age/resting to also be a factor.  This one sat for 6 months in my humi before I lit it up.
