Review: Punch Rare Corojo Salomone

The Punch Rare Corojo is a beautifully constructed salomone, with a smooth, medium brown wrapper, clean seams and no soft spots. I really like the elegant, yet muted design on the bands. It goes very well with the elegance of this particular shape. I can't discern too much from smelling the wrapper, except a slight sweet, tobacco. Review: Lou Rod Snub Nose

I honestly do not know much about this company, have heard about this "Lou Rod" cigar line, but that's it. I am excited to get to try this Snub Nose, compliments of Lou Rodriguez Cigars. The wrapper of the Lou Rod Snub Nose is an almost vein-less, natural brown, with smooth seams and smells distinctly like hay, with just a light hint of tobacco. Review: Partagas 1845 Extra Oscuro

General Cigar Co. released two new "channel-specific" blends in their Partagas 1845 line. The Partagas 1845 Extra Fuerte, exclusively for B&M shops, and the Partagas 1845 Extra Oscuro, available only through internet & catalog retailers. Today I will be reviewing a Partagas 1845 Extra Oscuro, that I received from General Cigar Co.
