July 10, 2018--On July 6, 2018 the United States Patent and Trademark Office released their ruling on Mombacho Cigars’ 2015 petition for cancelation of Tropical Tobacco’s registration on the Principal Register for the mark MOMBACHO for “cigars” on the grounds of abandonment.

Flemington, NJ's Lone Eagle Brewing canned beer for the first time on November 1, 2016 - Maiden Flight West Coast Style IPA and Turkey Trot Porter which were both brewed to support the annual Thanksgiving Day 5k race in town.
