I don't think those are actually from 92.  I think the 92 on the tin just signifies that the wrappers on the original release of Opuses were grown in 92.  The tins are released every year and always have the 1992 on them.  I think boxes might too, but I'm not sure.  Fresh or aged, Opuses are great in my book.

The very first production and release of Fuente OpusX was 1994 but didn't actually show up at stores til 1995... Here is a quote from Halfwheel; In late 1995, the Fuente Fuente OpusX cigars was officially released for the first time in seven different vitolas. They were an instant success and their popularity has only grown since then. If you have a 1992 Opus X you really have something special!
