I love smoking pork butts. How long do you smoke them for?
I do them at 225* until the internal temp reaches 195*. Then I double wrap in foil and put them in an insulated foam cooler wrapped in towels for an hour or two. Then I unwrap and pull them.... Mmmmmm!
