Since we tend to chat about beer in, well, the chat room, I figured I'd post this here for your amusement and reflection.

One caveat: the quote comes from Martin Luther, who, for all intents and purposes, spawned the Protestant Reformation in the 16th century. Luther was no fundamentalist, nor was he afraid to speak his mind. So, with that said, here ya go:

"Whoever drinks beer, he is quick to sleep; whoever sleeps long, does not sin; whoever does not sin, enters Heaven! Thus, let us drink beer!"
