Stogie of the Month for August 2017: RoMa Craft Tobac
Twitter: Brand: @RoMaCraft
With its regular appearances in the CigFed activity stream, it seems inconceivable that RoMa Craft Tobac has not previously been the Stogie of the Month (SOTM). It is time to remedy that and draw our focus this month to this relatively young brand out of Austin, Texas.
RoMa Craft Tobac is named after Michael Rosales and Skip Martin. The two founded the company early in 2012, the year after Martin and Esteban Disla built their factory, Fabrica de Tabacos Nica Sueno S.A., in Esteli.
Martin has stated in interviews that the company sells approximately 1 million cigars a year without any paid advertising. He says about RoMa Craft that “We make 10,12,14 dollar cigars and we sell them for 6,8,10 dollars.”.
You know the drill, smoke as many RoMa Craft cigars as you can this month and post up pics and a short (or not) review as a response to this message. Tag your pictures with #August17SOTM. SotM is all about discovering new brands and blends so help out our brothers and sisters by pointing them at some of your favorite RoMa Craft cigars.
